Why This Project Matters

People aged 50+ are an important part of today’s workforce. They bring experience, responsibility, practical knowledge and a strong understanding of real workplace situations.
At the same time, many of them face stereotypes, limited training opportunities or uncertainty about their future career path. Some employers may focus more on younger workers, even though experienced employees still have many active working years ahead of them.
Our project helps employers, HR experts and adult educators better understand the needs and strengths of people aged 50+. We support workplaces where experience is valued, learning continues and different generations work together.
By creating practical tools, training materials and inspiring examples, the project encourages companies to see age diversity as a strength. When younger and older colleagues share their skills, experience and perspectives, workplaces become more stable, supportive and ready for future challenges.
